Idubbbz is the next Nick Broomfield

  • Pi

There's alot that Pi has going for itself, namely its main protagonist and his mentor. Aswell as a ye brilliant uses of sound to convey Max's mental state. For a first attempt at a film it's great.
Although some of it just feels rather off, it's as weird as the likes of Eraserhead, where the film fully commits to the weirdness, leaving some scenes whilst visually stunning feeling somewhat out of place.

  • Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

    Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Anyone who doesnt like this movie is poop.
Easily the best Spider-Man and superhero movie ever, no question.
I watched the "alternative universe cut which added a bunch of deleted scenes, some of which made me genuinely wanting them to be implemented into the final film.
Spide-verse is something truly special, I'm hoping beyond hope that the sequel can live up to the pure level of excellence that the original laid out.

    Kurt Russell saves this film.

Steve Buscemi is my spirit animal.
A simplistic yet engaging premise, with amazing writing and directing mixed with some awe inspiring acting, makes one of the greatest films ever. I can't stress how much I love this film.

  • Yesterday

I also have James Corden appearing in my nightmares

  • Midsommar

It reminded me of The Shining. Not as good as The Shining, but it was good like The Shining. So naturally anything akin to The Shining gets a pass from me. Except "Stephen King's: The Shining" that film can go fuck itself.

Elijah Wood should be the next Wolverine.

    The Happytime Murders

    Way better than Bright.
Nowhere near as good as Roger Rabbit.
Also I un-ironically I liked the puppet work.

I dunno what you where on about, these games where certainly not funny.

  • Eyes Wide Shut

    Eyes Wide Shut

So I'm re-watching a bunch of Kubrick movies to properly prepare myself for the exhibition.
I found myself liking this one alot more the second time around, it's not the best, but in all honesty I prefer it over Full Metal Jacket.
