Ross W. Brown’s review published on Letterboxd :
I was worried going into this, the first movie was such a huge surprise for me by how touching and high concept it was and the trailers for this one had me worried. Fortunately, this one managed to surprise me too with what it had to say growing up and how we change as people as well as with its take on movies trying to be dark and gritty. There is a lot I like about the villains but I won't get into that because you need to go experience that yourself. This is definitely a worthy sequel.
