Travis Lytle’s review published on Letterboxd:
An enjoyable throwback to the both the creature-features of the 1950s and '60s and the spiked-up hairstyles of the new millennium, "Eight Legged Freaks" has charm and primitive CGI effects to spare. Revolving around the residents of a soon-to-be ghost town who are beset by giant spiders, Ellory Elkayem's lightly horrific horror film is quick-moving and appealing. The cast is solid, the sense of humor is rich, and the thrills are suitably gooey. There may not be much of a bite here, but the experience is satisfying.
