Films with Highest Average Rating from Every Countries

See Notes for the country they represent.
Some ground rules regarding films selection:
-The film must have at least 50 votes
-I included any documentaries in which the subject matters is that said country, even though it was not directed by a local (hence THE LOOK OF SILENCE as Indonesia's pick)
-I tries to stray as far away as possible from fiction films that's too vague regarding its nationality (for example, directed by a Turkish, financed by Germans, and tells story of American; but again, for documentaries my main criteria is the subject matters)
-But if that's too hard to be done, my priority is 1) the nationality of the director 2) the subject matters of the film (or where the film takes place) 3) the country that produced it
