    The Shining

This movie is special to me.  This, Halloween and The Exorcist are my top 3
Favorite  horror movies of all time.  What an experience this is for me.  The direction, the acting, the score and it can actually scare me which isn’t easy.   A masterpiece.

  • RoboCop

People who know me best or really anyone that’s listened to my podcast history should be well aware that I skipped a lot of action movies over the years. I realize this is not really an action movie but even in 1987 when I was 15 years old I was not a fan of cops. I was knee deep in horror. There are a lot of things that I’ve missed but I tend to watch each year in January now to slowly catch up to what people have told me I should give a shot. I did enjoy this movie though.

  • The Terminator

    The Terminator

Like I’ve said millions of times on the podcasts and here, I was never interested in action movies. Even now, for me this movie’s weakest points were the car chases and gun fights. Also, I can’t keep up with the exposition when it’s explained. It sometimes moves too fast for me and my brain can’t process what it’s just seen. That’s just me. I totally understand why most other people dig it. I’m just wired a little differently haha
The story was cool though, had a few laughs and obvious iconic moments but the final chase is what ultimately makes the movie for me.
