What can I say? It’s one of the greatest screenplays in history and has one of the most absorbing character developments of all time. Also visually preserves the long gone seedy side of NY in the 70s in an amazing way. Beautiful imagery of neon signs at night pair wonderfully with Bernard Herrmanns iconic soundtrack. This film will never get old for me.
Howard Hawks does it again... I was expecting to enjoy this movie but it certainly exceeded my expectations. Cary Grant truly is one of the finest comedic actors of all time (just watch arsenic and old lace for more proof). Rosalind Russell and Ralph Bellamy were great in there roles as well.
