As always, Hitchcock delivers. I love how this was a bit of a different picture for him as it dealt more with family drama. He directed that really well. My only gripe is that the pacing is WAY off which is really surprising coming from him. Regardless, I definitely recommend it.
Saw it for a second time last night. Not only did I love it 3000x more, (which I honestly didn’t think was possible), I also cried 3000x harder. This is such a perfect film I’m so many levels. Truly magnificent. This is the defining franchise and film of our generation. I’ll still be talking about this movie and the whole MCU in 40 years the same way we’re still talking about Star Wars. Feige, the Russo’s, and Co. are masterminds and I look up to them in ways I can’t even describe.
