Internal Affairs ★★★

It continues, my descent into the 90s.

Unlike Ski Patrol, this one is actually decent. Fairly well-made, has a strange dream-like atmosphere to some of the scenes (or in another sense, nightmarish). But the last act is too convenient and too easily ties things together in the end. A pity, because this film had the potential to be great instead of good. Seemed like a film where all the major characters would be corrupt and destroy each other, but that's not how it pans out in the end.

But it's intense enough, thrilling enough, and engaging enough for it's entire runtime if you want to see a decent "police corruption" film.
