I enjoyed this weird ass movie and it’s setting, cinematography, and Gosling. Perhaps, the neon gave me boner, as well. It was gory as hell, too!

The second I heard ‘cult’, my ears perked. This was a really entertaining film that would’ve been even more amazing had it been more developed in a way that really freaks the audience out. I was freaked out, nonetheless. The plot had a lot of creative potential, but should’ve been highlighted in a more thorough way. Still, it was intense and not too predictable—or maybe I’m just bad at predicting. Also, why was the cast so unnecessarily attractive? I needed to include that. In conclusion: white people are really crazy, except for Claire—oop.
as confused as I still am—even after watching two videos explaining the film—I am still beyond mesmerized. luca remade the most unsettling demented and disturbing two and a half hour long film, but did so with the most creative approach and maintaining it’s raw originality. i may not be able to sleep after watching this, but it was incredibly worth it. the soundtrack lit, too. in conclusion, i will be joining a dance studio ran by witches
