There is so much hate in the world, along with bigotry and a rampant lack of empathy for the big scary "OTHER." Sometimes it's easy to get overwhelmed by what's going on in the world. But then a sweet & charming movie like Blinded by the Light comes along and reminds you of what you live for and gives you hope. Even though the film echoes societal problems still existing today, by the end, you still feel that there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I couldn't help but smile throughout most of the runtime of this film. I really appreciated the optimistic tone. And, not knowing much of Bruce Springsteen's discography, I was glad to hear some songs I didn't know before. This is the definition of a feel-good movie. See it!
