I just watched this film for the 5th time with my older brother who I always thought was homophobic. It went great. After the film ended he just kind of hugged me and told me that he loved me and that I should never be ashamed of who I am. He also said that ”the film was the gayest thing he's ever seen” and that he was glad that a movie like that exists.
“Nobody ever listens to me, then when they do... we're gonna die...”
Like many people I’m not the biggest fan of found footage films, but I will admit that this works exceptionally well. It was so fucking intense and the story and whole concept is actually really interesting. For me the film got a bit nauseating because of the camera movements, but I fully understand why it was done that way. I’m so glad I choose to watch Cloverfield after…
“The world needs the next Iron Man.”
I’ve been really looking forward to this film ever since I saw Spider-Man: Homecoming because of how in love I was with it. I loved the character of Peter Parker so much because I was able to relate to him so much more than I ever had. That didn’t change with this film at all, I still think that Tom Holland is still the best Spider-Man and he’s still a badass in this…
I know this has been said by many people about this film, but I find it upsetting how this film is getting little to no recognition and Boy Erased which basically has the same plot is getting so much attention and love from people. Boy Erased a film about a gay male is being directed by a straight white male and this film about a lesbian is being directed by a bisexual woman. I don't know. That's just been on…
This was so fucking trashy. I mean trashy in the best fucking way possible. It was so much fun and there was so many twist and turns that I couldn’t even catch up with them. Anna Kendrick gives one of the best performances of her career. I recommend for everyone to watch this film. I just loved it so much.
