A great discussion on the abandonment of Detroit thru the eyes of it's remaining residents..and new ones.. one great moment is it's showing how hipsters, mostly young and white are moving there without realizing the consequence of them being there at the dispense of three poorer black residents.. one person said they were visiting Detroit because they were use to neat and order and they wanted to see a place in ruins

let me first say that outside of the excessive use of the n-word, that made me as a black woman extremely uncomfortable especially when i was in a mostly white audience and hearing a few laugh at it...i was also disturbed by the treatment of women in the film yet...i was pleasantly surprise by how much i enjoyed the movie..
people need to see it on 70mm if they can. it's special and i feel like a lot of people…
