People in letterboxd would hate me for liking this film. But yeah I like it so deal with it!

Witty, twisted and full of pumped up action. Anna echoes thematic and visual elements of Besson's action thriller film Nikita. But this time he improves the narrative of its central character. Although it may look familiar, it manages to be unpredictable allthroughout. A film that you thought you know what might happen but it is always one step ahead. Sasha Luss debut acting proves that she can go head to head to high-caliber actors in the likes of Mirren , Murphy and Evans.

    Aladdin

    ★★★½

Clear all your doubts to Will Smith's casting. His take on genie exceeds my expectation. Aladdin is visually spectacular and a dazzling extension of the animated film we love. Naomi Scott voice is phenomenal.

A Whole New World? Not so much.

    Toy Story 4

    ★★★★★

Toy Story 4 presents a deep philosophical implications making it the best summer movie of 2019 so far! Poignant, risible and at times spooky instalment. Toy Story does not deserve a 4 but rather a 5 star rating. Might as well a 5th installment. How ironic that toy characters can generate much complex emotions compared to recent summer blockbusters that boast real life people.
