    Veronica

If you're looking for a fresh horror concept, Veronica ain't it. In fact, this movie employs one of the stalest, most overused horror tropes in existence - "Kids playing with the Ouija Board inadvertently unleash something from the other side."

Yes, you've seen it before a hundred times. Yes it caused me to roll my eyes as it began to unfold and yes, I'm tired of seeing it.

    The Running Man

    Corny. Cheesy. Over-the-top. Schlock. Brain-dead.

Yeah, I'll admit it. This movie is all of those things and more. Goddamn, do I love it, though.

The huge team of animators, artists, sound designers and writers that worked so hard on this movie justify completely it's rather huge budget (90 million!).

The multiverse-spanning plot could have been a mess, but it isn't. The multiple supporting characters each could…

    Avengers: Endgame

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

I was determined to hate this movie going in. I'll be honest, I was determined to hate this movie as soon as the credits rolled on Avengers: Infinity War. "There is no way" I thought "that they can end this in a satisfying way for me."

    I was right.

I waited a long month to see Endgame, telling myself and others that it was to avoid the crowds. It's not entirely untrue - I do hate a packed, sweaty-filled theater…
