This was so raw and powerful. The atmosphere created with the flashbacks was just amazing. The film has a very distinct style and I love it. That final scene made me choke up. Adrien Brody carries such a melancholy that is heartbreakingly beautiful to watch.

Whatever is on my mind, I say it as I feel it, I'm truthful to myself; I'm young and I'm old, I've been bought and I've been sold, so many times. I am hard-faced, I am gone. I am just like you.

This was hella cute. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. And that end scene...literally wanted to jump off my seat. However, I did have major gripes with it, such as some CGI/green screen, the third act, and the villain. And at moments it really felt like your typical superhero movie. Nonetheless, there were aspects of it that really shined through when they had to. This was a movie intended for those kids that wish they could turn to a superhero and that goal was achieved.

Masterpiece. It will never get old.

"I figured out way back if God is all-powerful, He cannot be all good. And if He is all good, then He cannot be all-powerful. And neither can you be."

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

I had a very vague idea of what it was about but I wasn’t prepared for it. A very peculiar little tale that you can already feel it won’t end well, but even then it is hard to not want to know how how it ends. There’s powerful messages of life, love, death, aging, and many more. It’s bound to capture and break your heart just a bit.

    “Goodnight, Benjamin.”
    “Goodnight, Daisy.”
