    Independence Day: Resurgence

    ★½

Independence Day: Resurgence was one of the most horribly edited movie I've seen in a long time. Its obvious why Will Smith didn't return. The script feels like it was written by a two toothed hillbilly in some shack in the hills of Kentucky. The only redeemable quality in the picture is the CGI wasn't half bad, giving the viewer a somewhat better look at the celestial beings.

    Dude Bro Party Massacre III

    ★★★★

Holy shit balls this movie had it all! Funny, cool effects, well written, editing, gore, everything this genre is supposed to be! Not a film met to be taken seriously in any way, and if you know that going in I promise you will leave entertained.

    Spotlight

    ★★★★½

Tells the story of how the Boston Globe uncovered the massive scandal of child molestation and cover-ups within the Catholic Archdiocese, shaking the entire Catholic Church to its rotten core. If loving this picture is a sin, I don't want to be saved. "Spotlight" is not only authentic, but well written, well acted, and most of well directed. Like any good film it really takes you there, and truly makes you feel what the characters feel. Its a masterpiece in…
