This film is extremely well made, well acted, well paced, and on an important subject. That being said, I did not enjoy watching it. Watching a bunch of arseholes abusing their power and torturing people with little or no consequences is not a subject a really want to spend two hours watching. I just get angry and start shouting at the TV and then no one has a good time.
I kind of felt like the whole movie was like the first 5 minutes of Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes where the animatic explains that 99% of the population has been wiped out due to monkey flu and Apes control a large section of New York. In essence, just a setup for the next movie, rather than a movie itself. I did like Danielle Pineda though. The whole movie could have just been about her and that would have been fine... though how you get to be a qualified dinosaur vet while never having seen a real dinosaur is beyond me.
